Pengen Consulting was established to help businesses, organizations
and associations in Oregon succeed through the use of electronic
communications. We are experts on the usefulness of the Internet
and separating what can actually be done by you today from the

Paget Engen. Before founding Pengen Consulting, Paget was
for six years the Executive Director of the Oregon Public Ports
Association, two of them as part of the consulting firm of Western
Advocates. That followed 10 years as a lobbyist, policy analyst
and intergovernmental relations professional with the League of
Oregon Cities and the City of Eugene. She also worked for 8 years
in the Data Processing Department at the City of Eugene, serving
as acting department head for a year. Paget's

Kyle Engen. Kyle has over 14 years of experience working
with micro-computers and various communications programs. Kyle
is our lead ColdFusion programmer and provides more indepth
consultation on hardware, software and communications capabilities
when necessary. He also has experience in developing training
materials on a variety of topics including English-language skills
for non-native speakers and the effective use of micro-computers.
Kyle currently runs a community-access Internet lab in Clatsop
