Nectarine Cheese Tart

• 1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1-1/4 tsp almond extract
• 3 medium nectarines, pitted and chopped (peel first if desired)
• 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  
  
  TOPPING 1 medium nectarine pitted and sliced (peel if desired)

Combine chrrem cheese, sour cream, honey and almond extract in bowl. Mix well, Stir chopped nectarines in to mixture. Spread mixture evenly over crust, smooth top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 2 hours. Arrange sliced nectarines over mixture just before serving.
